Mars represents the first and eight house in astrology. Lord Hanuman is the ruler of Mars & holds the ability to recognise between the good and the evil in life. While acting favourably, it hardly takes time to be hostile.

Since, it also represents the sign of Scorpio so it changes it form very quickly in no time as relatives (Mars rules the sixth house – significator) as well as friends (significator of the 3rd house) take no time in changing their views quickly.

Mars in the 1st House:

The first house is naturally ruled by both Mars as well as Sun being the natural significator in astrology. Sun is all about the grandeur and kingly status in life and rules the 5th house of vision and is also a significator of the 9th house of ancestors / fore-fathers so if well placed, will believe in rigoourously following the principles and old age traditions followed by the ancestors.

They will also be able to differentiate well between the good and the bad unless there aren’t any malefics 8th from it or aspecting it especially Rahu or Ketu.

Nobody will be able to defeat him easily and his logical approach towards life is what will keep him moving and since Saturn is neech (debilitated) in this house therefore Lal Kitab says that the native gets benefiited from Saturn related works and objects.

Mars in the first house natives should make sure that they take good care of their relatives and friends as they are the ones who will either make them grow in life or will cause them to go down and will someway or the other try to create troubles and hurdles for them.

Mars in the 3rd House:

The third house is represented by Mercury who naturally rules it along being the significator. Also, since it is the house of courage and siblings so Mars is also the significator of the it.

Whenever Mars occupies the 3rd house – the native will have the tendency to defend their beliefs and opinions and they will have a very logical approach towards analysing things. The fourth house is the house of Moon and the significators are Moon & Venus. In this house, Jupiter – the karaka for wisdom gets exalted whereas Mars is neech (debilitated). Mars in the 5th House:

The fifth house is the house of Sun and the significators of it are Sun and Jupiter. When Mars occupies the 5th house – the person has enthusiasm, good amount of creativity and intelligence but at the same time – it makes the native aggressive because it has the quality of Pitta & Sun – Mars natrually increases that.

Mars in the 6th House:

The sixth house is the house of Mercury and the significators are Mars and Rahu. It is also the pakka ghar of Ketu as per Lal Kitab. Mercury and Ketu are mutual enemies to Mars hence when it occupies the 6th house – it will give troubles related to intestines. There will be troubles from colleagues but will be adventurous and will have enough courage to destroy his enemies. A benefit planet in the 12th house ensures that the native does well in competitions and is inclined towards daily routine, routine work and implementing critical tasks on day to day basis.

It also goes on to say on the birth of male child – you should donate because it is the pakka ghar of Ketu which represents male child.
4. Worshipping Ganesh ji is also suggested here because of Mars – Ketu effect as it will help to remove the obstacles (Ketu) and provide relief to parents as well (aspects the 12th house of parents)
5. Siblings should often trade gifts with each other for cordial relations and to strenghten the effect of Mars.

Mars in the 7th House:

The seventh house is the house of Venus where Saturn gets exalted and Sun gets debilitated. It’s significators are Venus and Mercury when combined gives the effects of a benefic Sun. Mars in this house shows that even though in the house of Venus will give rise to wealth, will be very ambitious but relations with wife will suffer as there will be a lot of heat and arguments if badly afflicted otherwise usually the native is overpossessive at times with the partner as he can’t stay with them or won’t be able to leave them easily.

Since, Mercury is the significator as well so it shows there will be troubles regarding the significations of Mercury as Mars doesn’t go along well with it.

Mars in the 8th House:

The eight house is the house of transformations and the significators of it are Mars, Ketu (they rule the sign of Scorpio in natural Kaal Purush Kundali), Rahu (due to mysterious nature) and Saturn (long term troubles).

Mars in 8th house will always bring new and sudden transformations from time to time & will also ensure that you take care regarding your health because these people overexert themselves so they need to relax for a change. It also gives troubles related to constipation and piles and might give troubles related to arthritis (depending upon the placement of Saturn as well in the chart).

They usually stick to their commitments and whatever they have promised because of which they lose a lot of people in their life (it aspects the 2nd house whose significator is Jupiter).

It also shows troubles regarding property related matters especially ancestral property and if Rahu is placed herein – inlaws will be the cause of concern here for the native.

They have a specific karam in life to complete what is being left incomplete by their forefathers / ancestors and eventually take up that work and fulfill it easily.

5. Dark room in any corner of the house will give favourable results.

Mars in the 9th House:

The ninth house is the house of religion, principles, morality, father, boss and management. The significators of it are Jupiter who naturally rules it and Sun and Ketu placed here gives good results.

When Mars occupies this house, it shows that the native becomes rigid towards his beliefs and principles. They are always passionate about learning new things and will like to explore various forms of knowledge. They tend to take risks especially during travels as they are adventurous thereby prone to injuries and accidents.

Since, it aspects the 3rd house of communication – they should be careful regarding paperwork and legal matters related to property or money mismanagement issues may come up as well – depending on the placement of Jupiter.

They should also be careful not to try and hurt anyone’s religious sentiments and if this placement is giving bad results – they might cheat their own boss or Guru.

Mars in the 10th House:

The tenth house represents the karam the native will do, profession, status, position, peak as well as how much pressure he can bear. It’s significators are Saturn who naturally rules it according to Kaal Purush Kundali, Sun (status, position & projects), Mercury (skills, negotiation, paperwork), Mars (targets, goals, completion), Jupiter (management, growth, boss, strategy).

Mars gives good results here as it is in the exaltation house. Lal Kitab says here that if the native is born in a poor family (daridrta is Saturn and rules this house) then after the native is born – his family will become rich and prosperous after his birth.

Mars is inimical to Saturn but Saturn is not inmical to Mars. Also, Mars gives good results because it also aspects the house of his friend – Moon and will give more favourable results if Moon itself is placed in the 4th house. We all know that Mars – Moon gives rise to Lakshmi Yog as well and the line said earlier that the family will become rich holds true with this logic.

Mars is in the peak (10th house) of the chart so that native is termed to be bold and courageous and will acquire a position (Sun gets digbali and friends to Mars here) to set rules and regulations within an organisation. But if there are any friendly planets in 3rd house (it’s 6th from it thereby Shashatak Yog is formed here) – Mars will not give good results here.

Mars in the 11th House:

The eleventh house represents the house of gains, fulfillment of desires, professional environment, shortcuts and obsessions. It is ruled by both Saturn and Rahu and significator is Jupiter. Mars gives good results in this house because of the influence of Jupiter and Saturn. If Jupiter is placed well then Mars gives very good results. The native is a risk taker and wants to do something of his own.

If malefics are influencing this placement then it will give troubles related to electronics, lighting of the house. It also give a narrow minded thinking at time and the person may constantly be under pressure or would rather say it may cause inlorence at times. Mars in the 12th House:

The twelfth house has significators mainly Jupiter, Saturn and Ketu. It is the house of losses so due to impulsive or rash decision making – it might lead to one and detachments as well.
